to be done’, then we have succeeded in one respect, but failed
in another. Change will begin only when we reach the much more dangerous
conclusion that ‘I must act’. It depends not on an amorphous
other, but a specific you.

to the people who have the power to make these decisions, and explain
to them why this issue matters. Contact your MP and make your arguments
known to them. Remember, when making an argument you have an incredible

it by ourselves. Considering the great danger posed by nuclear
weapons, we are astonishingly few. If change is to occur, then
